“Employment issues in farming”
Description of the project:
Farming and agriculture is losing support, it is down to modern day society to ensure its continuation. Farming and agriculture requires true skill and expertise. Family techniques and trades can be lost because offspring no longer wish to continue in their parents shoes.
This youth exchange will create effective media, to spread awareness of farming and its benefits. It will also research into effective strategies for retaining the farming industry.
Partner sought:
They are searching for organisations and youth groups that are able to send participants, who are interested in farming and agriculture.
