Description of the project:
Through this project, participants will be researching into workspace policies and also developing their own designs.
They understand that the primary goal is to enhance the performance of people for effective work. In a knowledge work economy, people are the engine that keep companies growing, adapting, improving and innovating.
Well developed workplace design can be a powerful tool for supporting employee performance. What typically supports productivity also enhances employee health and wellness – it’s all interrelated.
Partner sought:
They are searching for organisations and youth groups sending participants who have worked in cities or rural areas, and also have a passion for architecture
