Title: “ECOMUSEOISLA de Canarias”
Description of the Project / Partner sought: The ‘Ecomuseoisla de Canarias’, like territorial and cultural institution, is characterized as live place where preserve cultural heritage and environment of Canary Islands. It represents a school and laboratory with an educational function aimed at promoting canary development. It can be defined like a local community expression takes possession of its own territory and is responsible of it, identifying the important elements in terms of identity and objectives to achieve.
The ECOMUSISLA project proposes to extend its field of intervention to qualify and to value spontaneous citizen initiatives related to recover the canary landscape in order to promote and improve it without changing its morphology and natural functions.
