NAME OF THE PROJECT:
RAMPPIKUUME (“Stage fever”) is a national/international level youngsters’ theater event which will be organized for the 18th time in 2014. The event will offer for youngsters a unique possibility to experience and watch the theater plays from different parts of Finland and to have special tuition with theater professionists.The main content of Ramppikuume-event is a national wide and international theater cavalcade for which the plays are selected basing to the application. The event is open also for partecipants from other countries also in mere participation format to the event (without presentation of a competition play) as being an excellent event for developing international skills.
Approximately 10 presentations are selected. The thematics is not restricted , but open for all ideas and types of presentations. All the youngsters from 13 years to 20 years of age with their directors can apply with a play for the theater cavalcade. One third part of the composition of the youngsters groups can be out of the given age limits.The year 2014 is a celebrative year for Ramppikuume-event as the event will reach the full “adult’s age” – 18 year and and for that we have started a Leader project within which the winning group of Ramppikuume event will be sent for a visit in Ireland. Moreover we’ll deal awards in money like in the former editions of the event.
