Description of the project: Espace social is a French NGO that provides home care and assistance for elderly and/or disabled people who need help in daily life, but who must not, or do not want to, enter a specialized institution.
They are looking to set up a partnership in KA 204, which can be in form of job-shadowing, training seminars and/or exchange of good practices.
Their objectives are:
- Raise the qualification and employability of their employees
- Broaden their cultural, social, linguistic perspectives
- Strengthen their European awareness.
Partner sought: They are seeking partners involved in the field of home assistance and counseling for senior citizens and handicapped persons, willing to set up with them a strategic partnership in adult education.
