Programme: Erasmus +, KA1 – Mobility project for youth workers – Study Visit 5-9 May 2015
P.O.D. Association is planning to apply for the 1st of October 2014 Erasmus+ dead-line with a KA1 project to introduce youth workers into the advantages of using theatre in working with teenagers belonging to fewer opportunities categories.
Description:
The aim of this study visit is to enable the participants to be exposed of the social entrepreneurship inRomania, local and European policy and stakeholders involved in promoting and implementing this type of businesses, get familiar with these types of business and how they work.
The study visit will take the participants around thecountyofIasi, showing them samples of good practices in the field, analyzing and discussing the impact of social entrepreneurship on youth unemployment in general and disadvantaged categories in particular, social and work integration. The study visit will enable the participants to understand better the Romanian reality and also the reality of the other European countries in this area, the advantages of social entrepreneurship both for the NGO’s beneficiaries and society in general, giving the opportunity of possible collaborations and partnership building between the European NGOs represented in the project.
