Name of the Project: The regions of Europe with Sport (Erasmus +)
Description:
The project consists in looking for volunteers that representing different regions of Europe, to stay with us for a given period of time, in the high hamlets of Lorca. Those people should have knowledge in the management of internet, development of new communication technologies and be nature and sport lovers. Their tasks would be to contact organizations in the region where they come from (like sports federations or sports clubs related with mountaineering). Also, they would contact residents in Spain from their regions to gather information and experiences about living in Murcia. All these activities will be complemented with spanish lessons, some gardening in an organic farm ( few hours a week) and recreational instructor courses delivered by technicians from the Mountaineering Federation of the Region of Murcia.With the project, we are trying to promote or region, culture, products and our ideal climate (almost 350 days a year) to do trekking and many more outdoor sports.
Partner:
We are looking for partners within European Organizations that share the same goals, with the objective to repeat the programme annually for several years, covering different regions in Europe. We are interested in regions in the center ofEurope where the weather does not allow to practise outdoor sports during winter months. We have special interest in the Region of Veneto (Italy).
