Title: Technology For Social Development
Description of the Project: Amici del Villaggio, an Italian NGO, is the leader of this project, a youth exchange whit the goal of teaching STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics + Art) to young people, in a playful, and creative way.
It will take place from 01/08/2019 till 31/12/2019. There are two main phases.
The first one, “Teach STEAM”, will start in August, and it will consist of 6 residential days in a facility in Bassano del Grappa. During that time, the young workers will learn basic technology concepts through exercises and workshops, in order to learn how to develop playful-creative environments within each group.
The second one, “Inclusive Technology”, is an 8 days youth exchange with the will to put in practice the techniques developed during the first phase. They will have the opportunity to practice the issues presented by the 2030 ONU’s Agenda, trying to provide a solution
Partner Sought: They are looking for 5 more partners from Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme countries. They expect to host 35 young people.
