Title: Talent Rider Description of the Project: Cultivate talent from school to the adult world Proposal builds, renovates, adapts cultural and recreational spaces and guidance services in secondary schools The proposal aims to promote the exchange of good practices related to the creation of services that connect the world of school with that of adults in general. The Italian partnership in the province of Como has activated a series of placement services (Talent Rider) in secondary schools and builded a multifunctional space (Bibliobreak). The project aims to focus to improve this idea evaluating and comparing other systems activated by other organizations in Europe also to promote joint activities of exchange of young people for training periods. Italian schools are active in the tourism sector: cooking and tourist reception. Talent Rider proposes to school children: Bibliobreak is a branded space that welcomes in the school: 1. an open educational bar For this purpose it is important to compare other realities where integrated systems are being implemented between school and youth work both to improve tools, methodologies and network policies and to build a reciprocal relationship with organizations that host young people for study and work experience abroad. The project, through the creation of a strategic partnership, wants to develop a European model of dialogue between the open school and the adult world (with attention to work). The proposal also wants to define ways and contacts to start a program of student exchanges through internships with the KA1 measure involving the secondary schools of the territory, twinning them with those of the territories of the strategic partnership.
