Partner sought: Oxa Srl Impresa Sociale - BASE Milano is looking for:
- Creative hubs developing training activities for professionals in the cultural field;
- Other organizations leading non formal education programs focused on adult learning;
- Interdisciplinary schools who want to collaborate with innovative enterprises with the aim of fostering an entrepreneurial mind-set as well as promoting the professionalization in the cultural field.
Description of the project: The objective is to create an international learning experience that enables the participants to better understand and address contemporary complexities, by transferring soft-skills for orientate oneself in a fast-changing society. Through complementary approaches (eg. more oriented towards digital competences or towards performative/artistic experiences), the partners will develop and test a programme that focuses on:
- Long-life learning
- Soft skills
- Leadership development
- Coaching
- Entrepreneurship
- Talent management
- Innovation
- Civic engagement
