Title: Build your future Description of the Project: Asociatia Be You is a Non-profit/Non-Governmental Organisation based in Romania who focuses on the development of self-confidence of youth who being at the beginning of their life are poor in experience and support the personal development of them through art, culture, history, sport and creativity. Be You promotes intercultural youth exchanges, organizes trainings, workshops, seminars, camps, trips, informal and non-formal learning programs, cultural activities, sport activities, voluntary (with implication of European Voluntary Service) and traveling programs. This particular project aims to support young people, especially those ones with fewer opportunities, who face nowadays changes and to facilitate their inclusion on the labor market. The Youth Exchange also aims to support young people in choosing future studies and future career paths, strengthening their decision-making skills and exploiting their own talents and potential. The project aim to gather 30 young people including youth with fewer opportunities, 5 persons from each partner country, for a 10-day-long youth Exchange taking place in Aninoasa (Romania) from 2019-04 till 2019-09 Partner Sought: REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS: • Belonging to Program Countries; • Registered in ECAS Portal/ Having PIC Number; • Experience in the field of non-formal education activities young people; • PIF and questionnaire requested by us; • Ability to respect and communicate all stages of the project (vizibility, participants selection and preparation, support, dissemination, etc.); • The partner organizations should be dedicated to young people and not be interested in projects just to charge participation fees (Be You Association and the Romanian Erasmus+ National Agency do not agree this practice).
