Erasmus+. Spain

Title of the Project: NGO Village

Description of the project: Asociación Cultural Ingalicia has been actively involved in local and international formal and non-formal projects since the very start of its existence. Up until now, the organization has successfully implemented as coordinators more than 100 separate project actions on its own (and several times that as a partner), especially KA1 and KA2 actions.
They are also Eurodesk Local point and they develop several local activities, both with youth and adults.

NGO Village is an Erasmus+ KA2 project in which they will combine theoretical and practical training for the NGO's and their workers in order to help them to implement a digital transformation in their organizations.

They will provide the target groups with interactive toolkits, that will be uploaded in a web page, for them to learn the digital skills they need, and learn how to design and implement a digital strategy. The partners will commit to give counseling to any organization that needs help in this area.

In order to achieve the objectives, they will make a survey to understand the specific needs of the organizations in this field, and to be sure that they tackle the problems they are facing. Then, they will create the toolkit. This output will be tested with other organizations to get their feedback.

Objectives: The two main aims in this project are:

  1. To train the employees of the organizations with their toolkit so they become familiar and can start using digital tools that can improve the performance of their organization.
  2. To help the organizations to implement a digital strategy that will improve their efficiency.

At the end of the project, the following results are expected:

At least 600 participants in the survey

At least 500 organizations will use the toolkit
