The project implies an Advanced Planing Visit in Arad, Romania
(between 12.05.2016 - 13.05.2016) and a stage in Arad, Romania, between
01.08.2016–30.04.2017.
The main volunteering activities of the stage are:
1. „VIRTUAL” WORKSHOPS – Support Activities for Digitizing the Historical
Buildings, Public and Cultural Institutions and Monuments from Arad city
2. „WIKI” WORKSHOPPS – „WIKIPEDIA” & „WIKITRAVEL” Volunteering
Activities, with the work of the EVS volunteers as contributors at these e-
encyclopedia
3. „PROMO” WORKSHOPS – Support Activities for e-promoting cultural and
educative events in the large context of the candidate of Arad city for the
European Cultural Capital of the year 2021 title – Support activities for public
cultural institutions from Arad, local partners in this project (Popular School for
Arts, Children’s Palace, Puppet Theater, State Philharmonic, Ioan Slavici Clasic Theater
4. „ABC” WORKSHOPS – Digital Literacy Activities for the vulnerable
persons/persons with fewer opportunities (young peoples from institutional
centers, roma youth and old peoples):
