Description of the projects/Partner sought: We are located in Liverpool John Moores University, UK, working on characterizing defects in various materials for logic and memory devices. We have been working on this area for more than 10 years. We can offer the expertise in characterizing, understanding and modelling defects in these materials with electrical methods and reflect to the fabrication process. We hope to have the opportunity to work together.
