Title: “Loci Iacobi Europe”
Description of the Project / Partner sought: The main objective of the project is to improve the policies of management of the Way of St. James inEurope through interregional cooperation based on the exchange of good practices and experiences. Partners involved:
- Local authorities (Communauté d’Agglomération du Pu-en-Vélay – FR, Municipality of Vilapouca de Aguiar – PT, Municipality of Assis – IT, Fédération du Tourisme dela Provincede Namur – BE, Municipality of Lazdijai – LI).
- Regional authorities (Tourism Agency of Galicia – SP).
- Non profit European associations (European Federation of the Way of St. James).
- European Institute of Cultural Routes.
Type of partner looking for: Regional and/or local authorities which territories are crossed by the Way of St. James and able to influence their regional growth and jobs structural funds (ERDF) with the objective of improving their effectiveness in the promotion of a more efficient management of this European Cultural Heritage.
