DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
The scope of this project is to improve quality of care in older adults with chronic disease and multi-morbidity by developing a platform that would enable easy and simple delivery of care services through remote assistance. This platform will greatly reduce the time and effort needed for caregivers to provide care for elderly while being able to continue doing their everyday work.
Our project goes beyond all the previous developments. It will implement self and peer motivation through serious games and online services. This platform will help the elderly by providing them with services for self motivation through the use of gamification technologies and also peer motivation through the use of social gaming tools.
OBJECTIVES
The objective of ONE4ALL project is to develop an integrated care system based on ICT services beyond tele-health and tele-care systems developed by now, that is more closely oriented to the needs of elderly, people with chronic disease and multi-morbidity.
