Youth. Poland. Title: “Transnational mobility of staff” Description of the Project / Partner sought: We are looking for organizations which have experience in the work of educational, therapeutic and socialization of young people or socially excluded. We are looking for a partner organization to implement the project the transnational mobility of staff of the institution carrying out the tasks related to the organization of therapeutic support, sociotherapeutic support, resocialization activities, revalidation, preventive activities as well as tasks related to the organization and provision of assistance psycho-pedagogical. We are looking for organizations which have extensive experience and innovative solutions in the work of educational, therapeutic and socialization of young people or young people, socially excluded or at risk of social exclusion. The support provided by these institutions must be directed to the youth or young people (aged between 13 and 25 years of age). The core of the project idea is to organize study visits for regular tutors of youth or young people excluded or at risk of exclusion employed in the Polish institutions. The goal is to show them the good practices of transnational partners and exchange of experience between organizations at the supranational level. Study visits are planned with a length of up to 5 days for 4 - 5 persons each. The responsibilities of the partner organization will be a comprehensive preparation of the study visits in the context of content and accommodation. The leader of the project (AID) will cover nourishment of the participants in the form of diet and their transport to the partner organization location. Organizations interested in participating in the project are invited to a brief information about the experience in conducting activities for the above mentioned target group. Description of experience cannot be longer than 1500 characters. Please also provide us with as detailed presentation of good practices, innovative approaches to working with young people or young people excluded or at risk of social exclusion as it is possible. The above description is a key phase in the selection of partner organizations. This description cannot exceed 3000 characters.
