Description of the Project: The Fondation Franco-Russe de l'Integration Culturelle et Economique hosts this youth exchange to take place from 18th till 22nd of February, 2020. The aim is to find a balance between democracy, human rights, freedom of conscience and religion while preserving the national culture, ethnic and religious identity.
